A midnight call turned into a life-changing decision. Driven by a shared vision for quality, they decided to start a firm, creating value-driven solutions.
Tapan left Inexture after leading a 45+ member team. Together, he and Dharmesh set clear business goals and values for reverseBits.
reverseBits was officially established, and they began working full-time, leveraging existing clients while laying the foundation for a value-centric brand.
After a year, reverseBits grew into a 15-member team, delivering 15+ products, including solutions for top firms in India, Canada, and the Netherlands.
With operations expanding, reverseBits moved into a new office with double the capacity and an ambitious vision to achieve even greater milestones.

It all started with Tapan spotting a gap - fast-paced startups needed skilled tech teams, but few were available. So, he decided to build one himself!
His vision scaled when he became a technical lead, building a team of 45 people and leading it for 4 years at Inexture.
Now, as a co-founder, Tapan is steering reverseBits with his expertise in backend engineering and cloud, helping startups transform ideas into powerful realities. The journey continues, and it’s exciting!
